Archer Airguns Terms and Conditions of Sale
(the small print!)

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Thank you for ordering from Archer Airguns. The following information aims to provide answers to many of the questions commonly asked before placing an order. If you have any other questions, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.

Our aims are to make doing business with Archer Airguns simple, easy, friendly and safe. Please tell us any ways in which we can improve our service!

Archer Airguns will not be held responsible for any personal injury or consequences resulting from attempted repair to air guns or re-assembly of air guns by individuals. We advise you to contact a qualified Airgun Repair Center if you have any doubt in your ability to perform this task!



Prices
  • Prices are all in US Dollars. Current prices are posted on this website. We try to maintain prices as long as possible (and sometimes even reduce them!).
  • Archer Airguns does not sell on approval.
  • Orders from New York State must pay sales tax.
  • Archer Airguns uses standard USPS shipping rates.
Ordering and Payment
  • Archer Airguns will accept on-line payment from Visa,MasterCard, Discover, and PAYPAL for on-line orders.
  • Alternatively, you can order by fax or phone on 585-425-0277. If using the telephone, please have your credit card ready.


Sales Tax

Customers in New York State will be charged local NY sales tax.

Shipping & Handling Policy

  • All orders will be packed securely before shipping.
  • Archer Airguns will e-mail you the USPS Tracking Number Number . You will then be able to track the progress of your delivery on the USPS website.
  • All packages will identify the shipper simply as “Archer Inc., 144 Fairport Village Landing, Fairport, NY 14450” (for security reasons we refer to ourselves as Archer Inc.).

Damage

All packages are securely packed at Archer Airguns prior to delivery. If the product is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier immediately. Be sure to save all packing materials for their inspection.

Claims -


Any claims for shortages and errors must be advised to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Before contacting us, please thoroughly check all packaging materials, open all boxes, etc and look around you (on the floor, for example!) to ensure that you really do have a shortage. Also check the invoice and packing list - if there is one - to confirm the shortage.

Exchange/Refund/ Return Policy - Customer is responsible for Return Shipping cost.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Archer Airguns. For this reason, we try to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible on this website - and in considerable detail. But if you are not happy with your purchase, Archer Airguns will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery: but only under the following conditions:

  1. If ERROR is made - e-mail [email protected] immediately showing photo of "wrong product" for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide an explanation for the return. No returns will be accepted without a previously-issued Archer Airguns RMA number.
  2. DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING TO ARCHER AIRGUNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND RETURN ADDRESS.
  3. If your product is defective, please contact us by email with photos included. We will either REFUND the cost of product or REPLACE the product, your choice.
  4. If you wish to return the product for any other reason, it will be accepted ONLY if it is unused, in good condition and in the same "NEW" condition as you received.
  5. You will need to re-pack any returns thoroughly to prevent damage in transit and pre-pay shipping to Zip 14450. No Refund made for shipping costs.
  6. Any other returns (not defective) are subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, with a Minimum of $15.00.
  7. Refunds - less the re-stocking fee - will be made within 2 weeks of inspecting the returned product.
  8. Cancellation of order - processing fee of $10 is taken of any refund.
All sales by Archer Airguns Inc. are governed by the laws of the state of New York. The proper venue for any legal dispute is Monroe County, New York State.


Backorders

  • Obviously, it’s in the best interests of both you - our customer - and Archer Airguns to ship products as soon as possible. But sometimes there can be a delay caused by factors outside our control - you’ve heard of Murphy’s Law, haven’t you?
  • If there will be a delay of more than 7 days between your order being received by Archer Airguns and the product being shipped, we will contact you by email and advise an estimated fulfillment date. If this is not satisfactory, you may cancel the order.

Address Corrections and Refused Deliveries

If Archer Airguns incurs any expense as a result of incorrect address details or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any fees and expenses incurred in delivering your order back to us or to a corrected address.

Archer Airguns reserves the right to refuse any order, at any time and for any reason.
